Mr. John Bell was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Khan Bank in April 2016. Mr. Bell joined Khan Bank with more than 22 years of international banking experience, principally in consumer banking, managing distribution channels, marketing, products and service operations. Prior to joining Khan Bank, Mr. Bell held senior positions at Citibank, ABN AMRO, and RBS, across European emerging markets and the USA. He served as Head of Citigold Wealth Management at Citibank (Poland), as well as Head of Retail Banking for the Royal Bank of Scotland in Romania. In addition, Mr. Bell directed business transformation projects for RBS in Romania and India.

Mr.Amar Hanibal joined XacBank in July 2014 as the President. Prior to joining XacBank, Amar worked for three years as the Managing Director for TenGer Financial Group. Previously, he was the Managing Director, Head of risk management at JSC Kazkommertsbank (KKB), the largest commercial bank in Kazakhstan. Amar joined KKB in 2008 with over 10 years of experience in international banking, specifically in risk management, project finance and leveraged finance. Prior to joining Kazkommertsbank, he had held positions with ABN AMRO Bank in various global offices, including London, Amsterdam, Chicago. As part of ABN AMRO Bank & Structured Debt unit, he worked on several high-profile transaction in the Oil Gas,Power and Telecom sectors in Europe. Amar started his career with ABN AMRO Bank& Group cash management department, before moving to Global Risk Management division. Amar earned a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration from the European University of Brussels, Belgium and received a Master of Business Administration diploma from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

Prior to joining Petrovis Group, Odontuya held HR leadership positions in Telecom, Renewable Energy, Civil Aviation and manufacturing industries. Odontuya holds bachelor degree in Law from the NUM and Master of science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, USA. A Fulbright Scholarship award receiver from 2007. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), former Board Member of the Mongolia Association of State Alumnae. During the voluntary work at MASA, she successfully led an Awareness Building Project on accessible entrances for people on wheelchairs and a Project on creating workplace database for people with disabilities. The project now continues its activity as a NGO named “Bid Chadna” (We Can). Odontuya also made significant contribution in founding Newcom Leadership Institute and American University inMongolia. She takes pride in having visited all aimags of Mongolia – a rare opportunity presented by her job and her love to travel. Fluent in English and Russan.

He is the Publisher and Board Chairman of many prestigious international titles including Forbes magazine’s Mongolia edition and Asia Mining magazine. He also serves as the Board Chairman of JCDecaux Mongolia, a joint-venture of JCDecaux Group, a largest outdoor advertising corporation in the world. Currently completing a doctoral thesis on the role of financial institutions in financial crisis, Dolgion holds Master’s in management at Peking University and Security studies at Bradford University, United Kingdom.

Mr. Dangaasuren ENKHBAT is the founder of the Karakorum Digital Academy in Ulaanbaatar, that helps Mongolian businesses to develop right skills to thrive in the digital economy. He founded the Academy in 2017 and was most recently the Executive Chairman of ONE Foundation (Open Network for Education). Prior to these social and business entrepreneurships, Enkhbat served as Member of Parliament from 2008 to 2012 co-chairing the Green Party of Mongolia. He also worked for the Government of Mongolia in various positions between 1980 to 1994 such as the Vice Chairman of the State Committee for Science and Technology, Deputy Minister at Ministry for National Development and Director of the National Informatics Center. Enkhbat is renowned as Mongolia’s Internet pioneer connecting Mongolia to the Internet in 1996 when he led DataCom LLC, the first Internet service provider (ISP) in the country, which he established in 1992 and managed to 2007. In addition to being an business entrepreneur who has created 6 technology companies, he engaged in social sector by serving as Chairman of the Mongolian Foundation for Open Society 1996-2001, creating and hosting as an anchor for a well acknowledged TV talk show “Forum” at the Mongolian National Broadcaster 2004-2006, co-establishing and leading as President the New Policy Institute 2006-2008.

Mr. Gantumur Lingov joined MCS Group in 2006 as its Vice-President in charge for Human Resources & Organization Development and served in this role for 8 years. 2006-2013 was the period of rapid growth and expansion of MCS Group’s business and organization – sales revenue grew 14 times and organization grew 5 times in 7 years. HR team of MCS Group under Mr. Gantumur’s leadership successfully supported upscaling of MCS business by implementing new systems and processes, hiring right people, building managerial capabilities and nurturing organizational culture. Mr. Gantumur also served as CEO of MCS Coca-Cola in 2014-2015, and his team was able to nearly double the business value in 2 years. Before joining MCS Group, Mr. Gantumur was the Distributor Operations Multi-Functional Team Leader for Central Asia & Caucasus at Procter & Gamble in 2004-2005, and the Country Manager for Mongolia in 2001- 2004. He has a MBA degree from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.

Andy has been with the company for 9 years, last 6 of which has been on the current position, helping the company to get through the economic slowdown cycle and efficiently revamping it up during the recent upscale. He is also a professional trainer in the topics ranging from personal development, management, and leadership, to sales execution, asset management, and project management.
