Mr. Graylin is the China President at HTC, leading all aspects of the Vive/VR (VIVE.com) and the Smartphone businesses in the region. He is also currently Vice-Chairman of the Industry of Virtual Reality Alliance (IVRA.com) with 300+ company members, President of the $18B Virtual Reality Venture Capital Alliance (VRVCA.com) and oversees the Vive X VR Accelerators (VIVEX.co) in Beijing, Shenzhen and Tel Aviv. Mr. Graylin has over two dozen years of business management experience in the tech industry, including 18 years in Greater China. Prior to HTC, he was a serial entrepreneur, having founded four venture-backed startups in the mobile and internet spaces, covering mobile social, AD tech, search, big data and digital media. Additionally, he has held $100+ million P&L roles at major corporations such as Intel, Trend Micro and WatchGuard Technologies.


Mr. Graylin is a sought after speaker at numerous international conferences around the world, has been featured on CCTV, BBC, ABC, CNN and regularly writes for leading publications on topics ranging from virtual reality, mobile internet, china business, digital marketing and entrepreneurship.


Mr. Graylin was born in China and educated in the US. He received his MS in computer science from MIT and MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Mr. Graylin graduated top of his department with a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, where he had specialized in VR and AI over two decades ago. Mr. Graylin is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Fred Mouawad

Founder, Chairman and CEO - Synergia One Group of Companies

Mr. Mouawad is a global citizen, portfolio entrepreneur, and founder of Synergia One Group of Companies. Synergia One is the entity that groups all the companies he founded including the family jewelry business, Mouawad, of which he is the fourth generation and Taskworld – a project management SaaS application. The group operates in 15 countries across several industries that encompass gems and jewelry retailing, diamond manufacturing, watchmaking, food manufacturing, software as a service, and publishing. He also from 1997 to 2017 founded and led Global Franchise Architects - a food service company with five brands that expanded to 240 stores throughout 7 countries.


Fred is a YPO member, Co-Founder of the YPO ASEAN United Chapter, Co-Chair of the YPO Stanford GSB Program (2014-2020), Co-Chair of the YPO INSEAD Global Family Enterprise Program (2019) and served as YPO Southeast Asia Regional Chair FY 2017-19. Fred is also part of the Family Business Network in Asia, and in 2018 he joined the Harvard Business School Global Advisory Board.

Laura Koch

Chief Engagement Officer, B Women

Lawyer, impact investor, system social entrepreneur and philanthropist for over two decades focusing on microfinance, innovation technologies, education and gender issues. Founder and Chief Engagement Officer for B Women Solutions a global network of women entrepreneurs who advocate for inclusive and regenerative business, seeking to balance purpose and profits in the markets towards a “Caring Economy” focused on human well-being, happiness and fulfillment as well as respect and accountability towards the environment. During the 80’s and 90’s, Laura practiced corporate law at several Wall Street law firms specializing in cross-border transactions for Latin American and European clients. She is a licensed lawyer in Argentina and the State New York.


Laura Koch gives speeches on impact investing, sustainability and technology innovation solutions at the United Nations, YPO Leadership Summits, Prestel & Partners Forums, KivaU, SAP, Opportunity Collaboration. She lectures on social entrepreneurship, NONFLICT Methodology, B Corp movement and microfinance at the Universities of NYU, Columbia, Fordham, London Business, Franklin Switzerland, and Lancaster University, as well as in public and private high schools. Volunteered for Ashoka as Senior Advisor and for YPO as Chair for the Social Engagement Network, Chair of the Helping Disadvantaged Kids Network, Officer for the Sustainable Business Network and Chair of the Social Impact Counsel Networks. Served as a judge for various awards focusing on innovative Social Enterprises: Alquity Foundation Impact Award, YPO Social Engagement Network, Ashoka, UN Impact Media Award and ACCION Microfinance/La Idea Pitch. Mark has won the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Blue Chip Enterprise award for overcoming adversity. His last company ranked as the #1 Fastest- Growing Company in Los Angeles, and #10 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies in the U.S. Mark has completed 12 full distance lronman Triathlons, including the Hawaii lronman World Championship five times. He has finished marathons around the world including Antarctica and the North Pole. He also won the U.S. National Squash Championship in 1992. Mark served on the Board of the Children’s Hospital of Orange County, the Southern California Entrepreneurship Academy and the Board of Governors at Chapman University.


Mark was Chairman of YPO’s Orange County Chapter and one of the founding members of the YPO Gold Chapter in Orange County. He also chaired 5 YPO cycling trips around the world, 12 father-daughter and father-son events and served on the International Events and Networks committees for several years. Mark grew up in Canada and currently lives in Miami Beach with his wife Ivette.

Douglas Mellinger

Managing Director, Clarion Partners

Doug is a lifelong entrepreneur, philanthropist and investor. Currently he is a partner at Clarion Capital Partners where he is responsible for sourcing and investor relations. He joined the firm in 2013 from Palm Ventures where he was a Managing Director. An avid entrepreneur, Doug is a founder of numerous groups and organizations including Foundation Source, the nation’s leading provider of outsourced services for private foundations and Enherent, a global software development company. He graduated from Syracuse University where he created his own degree in Entrepreneurship and afterward was a founder of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO, now called EO). He is a longtime member of the Young Presidents Organization.


Doug’s personal interests include his family, golf, reading, peloton, and relaxing by the water. He also enjoys lecturing on: “Deploying Capital to Make a Difference” and “An entrepreneurs lessons from the edge with a private equity lens.”

Bart Houlahan

Founder, B Lab

Bart Houlahan is a Founder of B Lab. Prior to B Lab, Bart Houlahan was CFO, COO and President of AND 1, a $250M basketball footwear, apparel and entertainment company. As the principal operator of the business, Bart joined AND 1 in its second year, when revenues totaled just $4M. Over the course of the next 11 years, Bart helped to finance, operate and scale the business to $250M in brand revenues with distribution in 85 countries world wide. AND 1 undertook a leveraged recapitalization in 1999 with TA Associates, and eventually was sold in May, 2005, to American Sporting Goods out of Irvine, CA. Bart is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute. Before AND 1, Bart was an investment banker with Stonebridge Associates, BNY Associates, and Prudential-Bache Securities, specifically focused on providing corporate finance and merger and acquisition services to small-cap businesses ranging in size from $20M to $500M.

Dean Lindal

Dean worked full-time at EO for 20 years to help build EO into one of the largest peer networks of entrepreneurs in the world. Dean travelled to more than 30 countries working with its members to launch 90 successful chapters. He had a 4-year tenure with YPO and helped drive the creation of YPO’s Entrepreneur and Innovation Network. The network was one of the fastest growing in YPO’s history and helped foster millions of transactions and opportunities for members. Dean assisted in developing a market leading innovation ecosystem called YPO Innovation Week. The week-long initiative spanned the globe and brought leading CEOs, like Richard Branson, to help drive innovation in companies and communities. YPO Innovation Week culminated with ringing the bell at Nasdaq. Dean has maintained his extensive network through fostering and launching one of the more successful for-profit summits, “Finding the Next Edison World Entrepreneur Forum.” This summit included prominent speakers, including film producer Jerry Weintraub, and Yoshito Hori, Japan’s leading venture capitalist. Dean is the recipient of the Business in Vancouver “Top 40 Leaders Under 40” Award, and has been featured in USA Today, Nikkei X, Success Magazine and other global publications. Dean is a graduate of Royal Roads University where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, and he has completed Executive Education at MIT.

He held executive positions in mining and energy sectors as Advisor to the Mining Minister of Mongolia, Strategy Advisor at Erdenes Mongol LLC, state-owned strategic assets holding company, President and CEO of SouthGobi Resources listed at Toronto and HKEX, and Vice President of Mongolian Mining Corporation listed at HKEX and had an outstanding career with MCS Group. He led the successful completion of the first Mongolian commercial-scale windfarm “Salkhit” as the CEO of Clean Energy LLC. Mr. Enkh-Amgalan is actively involved in the business community with Board responsibilities at the Business Council of Mongolia and member of the CEO Club. He was the Founding President of the Ambassadors for Development, US State Alumni Association.


Mr. Enkh-Amgalan holds his bachelor degree in International Affairs from the National University of Mongolia, and was a recipient of Fulbright Scholarship, upon which he earned his Master’s degree from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, a Graduate School of Middlebury College.

Khaliunbat Myagmarjav

Khaliunbat Myagmarjav– is the current Deputy Governor of the Capital city in charge of innovation and technology and chair of the IT Council. From 2013 to 2019, he has been working as the CEO of Mongol iD Group LLC, an internet based enterprise, established with the purpose of developing electronic products and services throughout the country. The company works to achieve the challenging, yet promising, goal to build a Mongolian database application which is simple and efficient in introducing new aspects of digital life to Mongolia.


He holds a Master Degree in Business Management from the National University of Mongolia, where he has been working asStrategy Planning and Management lecturer at the School of Business. In the past, Khaliunbat worked for many Mongolian companies as a head of marketing and management. Khaliunbat is also one of the libertarian representatives in Mongolia. Within the aim to promote the values of free market, free society and limited government in Mongolia, he founded the Silk Road Foundation in 2013.

Laurenz Melchers

Laurenz Melchers, Chairman of MSM Group LLC , has lived in Mongolia with his family for 16 years from 1998 to 2014. He now lives in Hamburg, Germany and (pre COVID-19) travels to Mongolia every 6 weeks. He holds a BSc from the University of Massachusetts and is also a founder of Mastertime LLC in Mongolia, the owner of the Rolex Boutique in Ulaanbaatar.


Laurenz has witnessed the transformation of Mongolia hands on since 1998 and has extensive understanding of the economy, its opportunities and challenges. He served as Chairman of both Business Council of Mongolia / Монголын бизнесийн зөвлөл and the German-Mongolian Business Association DMUV for 4 years. He also served a 3-year term on the Board of the International School of Ulaanbaatar and is the Mongolia country chapter representative for the Hamburg based OAV–German Asia-Pacific Business Association.


In 2017, Laurenz was awarded the Polar Star by order of the President of Mongolia for his contribution to business in the country.

Azbayar Altangerel

Azbayar has been working in the business sector for 15 years. In 2006, He started his professional career as a Project Loan Officer at a commercial bank to help successfully implement mortgage (funded by Asian Development Bank) and a small and middle business supporting (funded by KfW Bank) loan products in Mongolia. He has earned great knowledge and experience about risk and financial management from this opportunity. Since then, He has worked with North America-Mongolia Business Council, Wagenlander & Heisterkamp and its WH AmeraWest, and BP, LLC (a Media Company).


During the last 12 years, He took a small break and earned his MBA in International Finance at Virginia International University. It was an eye opening experience for him to move to the U.S. During the study, he had a chance to learn from senior consultants of international organizations like World Bank and IFPRI. After spending 10 years in the U.S., he moved back to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia in 2016 and continuing his professional career in his home country. He is passionate about making positive impact where ever he is professionally and personally.


Besides his professional life, he love to involve in civic projects like Ulaanbaatar-Denver Sister Cities Committee. It is a very active committee between City of Ulaanbaatar and City and County Denver based on strong citizens diplomacy. There are very successful high school student exchange and trade delegations as well as arts, educational and cultural exchange programs between these two brother cities.

Brady Fletcher

Brady Fletcher joined TMX Group in October 2016 and is the Managing Director and Head of TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). He is responsible for not only optimizing the client experience for all issuers and investors, but developing and implementing a multi- faceted strategy to drive sustainable long-term growth in a key element of the world’s most successful capital formation continuum. Based in Vancouver, Brady has spent his career in Canada’s venture market, with specialized experience working with growth stage issuers to develop financing, M&A and business development strategies. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Vancouver-based Sea to Sky Equities Inc., an independent advisory practice working with early stage companies.


Mr. Fletcher was also Founder & CEO of Blackbook Technologies Inc., a start-up technology firm. Previously, he served as Director of Strategic Relationships at Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital and held senior investment banking positions at Canaccord Genuity Corp. Mr. Fletcher holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University.

Bridgit Lombard

Bridgit Lombard believes a social impact enterprise must excel in business in order to make a difference in the world. She founded Marea Partners to embody that philosophy: a business advisory firm that helps socially-conscious companies grow and prosper while remaining true to their beliefs. Bridgit shows Marea Partner clients how to develop systematic execution and purposeful cultures to ensure financial success, and thus achieve the greatest impact. During her career, Lombard has served as CEO of numerous middle market companies. At The Mountain, Bridgit led an 18-month turnaround that put the firm on a trajectory to double in enterprise value . While at Penguin Brands and Nathan Sports, she created a value and growth strategy that led to a ten-fold increase in value between 2010 and 2015.


In addition to Marea Partners, Lombard founded 2 multi-national companies: Tenega Group, a consultancy focused on enterprise value growth, and Premysis Management, a SaaS platform in the commercial real estate sector. Both of these Bridgit led to successful strategic acqusitions. Bridgit actively lives her core values throughout her business and philanthropic endeavors. She created the One World Fund, which invests specifically in mission-driven social impact enterprises. She has been a board member of Gorilla Doctors, a charity dedicated to saving wild mountain gorillas; worked with TUSK Africa to fund wildlife protection programs; and helped pioneer sustainable conservation methods in eastern Africa. Bridgit uses her experience to mentor women entrepreneurs helping shape the global movement of business as a force for social good.


Bridgit is a 4-time recipient of the Philadelphia Top 100 Award, awarded by Wharton Small Business Development Center, and was given the Leader of Innovation Medal from Philadelphia University. She is an active member of YPO, where she has served on the Membership Committee, including time as overall Committee Chair and a Regional Chair, and is a member of the Social Entrepreneurship, Deal, and Retail Networks. Bridgit is a mentor for fellow female entrepreneurs and is regularly featured as a growth expert for Inc. Magazine, MSNBC, and other media outlets.

Kevin Daum

Nishita Shah

Group Managing Director, GP Group

Nishita Shah is currently the largest individual shareholder and director of Precious Shipping, one of Thailand's large dry-bulk shipping companies. She is also the managing director of GP Group, a 145-year old, privately-held conglomerate with three listed companies and more than 40 private enterprises which cover a range of sectors – from aviation, healthcare and shipping to software, hospitality and construction. Following on her father’s clear entrepreneurial vision which has defined the company for the past one and a half centuries Nishita's father, Kirit, founded the group in 1989 and took it public in 1993. Her family emigrated from India to Burma to Thailand many years ago.

Nishita also owned a clothing company called Burn Baby and has launched her own fashion label "-Nsha-" in three continents. Shah is of Gujarati origin. She was in the Forbes' next-generation billionaires' list with a net worth of $375 million. Her father Kirit, who was originally from Gujarat, founded the GP Group of Thailand, which she took over. She is a Boston University graduate.

Shin Nakamura

President of Daiwa Steel Tube Industries Co. Ltd.,

Mr. Shin Nakamura is the President of Daiwa Steel Tube Industries Co. Ltd., a manufacturing company specializing in galvanized steel tubes for a wide range of industries. Mr. Nakamura joined Daiwa Steel Tube Industries in 2003 as the third generation business owner and leader (Daiwa was founded by his grandfather Mr. Tomeichi Nakamura). Mr. Nakamura transformed Daiwa Steel by redeveloping its business infrastructure, implemented new business strategies in the domestic and overseas market and restructure its enterprise system through state of the art ICT, human resource management and leadership/ communication techniques. Mr. Nakamura acquired Daiwa Lance International (DLI), one of the biggest calorized lance tube manufacturing company in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and supplies its products to over 250 companies in over 50 countries. Mr. Nakamura had also established Daiwa Anaya Steel in Kolkata, India to promote its products in India.


Prior to joining Daiwa, Mr. Nakamura was appointed as a consultant for Bain & Company (Japan), a leading global strategy consulting firm and as an engagement manager for Netyear Group Corporation, a Strategic Internet Professional Service (SIPS) provider for various industries. Mr. Nakamura was previously the president for MIT Sloan Society in Japan. In 2015, he was awarded the Harold E. Lobdell ’17 Distinguished Service Award by MIT. Fluent in English and Japanese, Mr. Nakamura received his Bachelor of Art degree in Economics from Keio University of Japan in 1994 and his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management in 1999.

Simon Cotton

Chief Executive, Johnstons of Elgin

Simon Cotton is Chief Executive of Johnstons of Elgin, a 223 year old cashmere-specialist textile manufacturer based in Scotland with one thousand employees. Johnstons was the first company in the UK to develop a process for mechanically dehairing cashmere and first imported cashmere fibre in 1851. Simon is a frequent visitor to Mongolia as a buyer of dehaired cashmere fibre and as a board member of the Sustainable Fibre Alliance which he helped to found. Johnstons supplies to most of the world’s top luxury brands as well as producing its own, highly respected, brand which is stocked in the world’s leading department stores. In 2019 Johnstons bought over 250 tonnes of cashmere from China, Mongolia and Afghanistan. Simon is a board member for the UK Fashion and Textile Association, Chair of the Textile Industry Leadership Group in Scotland, member of the Enterprise and Skills Strategic Board in Scotland and Visiting Professor at Robert Gordon’s University. He is passionate about sustainability, innovation and lifelong learning.

Rohit Dev

Rohit Dev is Founding Partner of Ideas91, a Knowledge Advisory and Distribution company bridging the gap between Manufacturers and Retailers (brand owners) in the consumer goods space. Rohit is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record in Procurement, Distribution, Brand building and Global Supply Chain. As a partner he was instrumental in building the brand Elekta in the Middle East and Africa. Currently at Ideas91 he helps develop and distribute various brands including some belonging to fortune 500 companies. He has helped shape their products, brands and sales strategies across India, Middle East and Africa.

Rohit is the founding Chairman of the YPO Dubai Downtown Chapter (Young President's Organisation), and the current Director of Events for the Dubai Chapter of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur). Rohit was also the Founding Board member of the HBS Club of the Middle East (Harvard Business School). Rohit is an investor sitting on the board of companies in addition to advising and mentoring entrepreneurs. He is an avid reader, a connoisseur of good food and avidly propagates the "Good life".

She is also the former founding Secretary General of the Alwaleed Bin Talal Foundation, the philanthropic arm of HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal's Kingdom Holding Company and co-host of the Kalam Nawaem ("Speech of the Soft") television show. In August 2013, AbuSulayman was announced as the Global Ambassador of Silatech. In 2004, AbuSulayman was named a Young Leader by the World Economic Forum. In this capacity, she is often called upon to speak on issues related to challenges facing the youth around the world. In 2007, she became the first woman from Saudi Arabia to be appointed by the United Nations Development Program as a Goodwill Ambassador. As a goodwill ambassador she has championed humanitarian causes including the Tetanus Shot Campaign in 2011 for Yemen. In 2007, the Middle East Excellence Awards Institute presented AbuSulayman the Achievements in Regional and International Relations Award. In 2009, she was named one of the most influential Muslims in the world.

AbuSulayman reaches out to different audiences and appears in the news or as a panelist at the Davos World Economic Forum, Jeddah Economic Forum, C-100 of the World Economic Forum, Brookings Institution Conferences and other venues. She is also a member of Soliya, an organization devoted to improving communications between East and West through university education. AbuSulayman also serves in the Advisory Board of Meedan, the premier content translation website service in the world for Arabic. Since 2004, AbuSulayman has also served as a volunteer director for the Friends of Saudi Arabia Association and remains a member of the Saudi Media Association.

James F.Wagenlander

Jim Wagenlander is a graduate of the University of Denver and Case Western Reserve University Law School . In 1976 he founded Wagenlander & Heisterkamp, LLC where he is still today a Managing Shareholder. Jim and his Denver, Colorado based law firm have maintained from the firm's inception an international and cross-cultural practice. He represents American Indian tribes, works in affordable housing and has been intimately engaged in Mongolia since 1998. He was a long time Vice Chairman of the North America Mongolia Business Council. He was first appointed Honorary Consul of Mongolia in Colorado in 1998 and is a founding Member of the Arts Council of Mongolia-US. He also was the founding and is once again the current Chair of the Ulaanbaatar Denver Sister Cities Committee. Jim has been awarded both Mongolia’s Polar Star and its Friendship Medals. He is a keen and experienced observer of Mongolia and other emerging democracies and always delivers a fresh perspective of international business, politics and the arts.

Thomas Ng

Founder and CEO, Genashtim

Mr. Thomas Ng is the Founder and CEO of Genashtim, an online learning and digital services company, serving clients in many countries with global brands like eCornel, and learning digitalisation. With 100 employees of which 60% are persons with disabilities, and another 30% from other marginalised communities, scattered across more than 10 countries, Genashtim has been operating 100% remotely since 2008. Certified as a B Corp in 2015, Genashtim has since made it to the ranks of “Best for the World” among B Corps every year since. Wesley Elizabeth Cullen

Prior to this new gig, I was Chief Experience Officer on the team that relaunched the El San Juan Hotel. It was a very interesting position where I got to do a lot of creative work. Casa Bacardí now gives me the opportunity to upgrade this important visitor attraction and playground for creating experiences. Previously, I enjoyed a successful career running the 18,000 seat Coliseo de Puerto Rico. For ten years, with my team and partners, we created world class experiences at the top concerts and events, being awarded numerous awards and recognitions. Before that, I was involved in events around the United States and in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and Latin America.


In addition to her work, Wesley is active in the community. She founded and heads the non-profit organization Super Positivo dedicated to keeping the beaches clean. Wesley is founder and president of the group WE: Women Empowered and was on the founding board of the local chapter of the Ellevate. Joelle Goudsmit

CEO, Dimension-all Group

Joelle Goudsmit is the CEO of Dimension-all Group. She became President of Dimension-all Formworks and Scaffolding in 2006. The company was in the business of manufacturing, renting and selling scaffolding in the Philippines for 38 years. In 2012, Dimension-all Design was launched to provide back office formworks engineering design services. In 2013, the group acquired an overseas Manpower Supply Company (Dimension-all Manpower Services) to provide service contracted overseas labor to the Construction and Oil & Gas sectors. In 2015, Dimension-all Formworks was sold to a listed Japanese regional player. The group continues to grow by acquisition and added Vetyard Terminals, a local staffing company to its portfolio in 2017.


Before joining Dimension-all, Joelle obtained her bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from Smith College and her Masters in Business Administration through the Kellogg - HKUST Global Executive Program.

Jalsa Urubshurow

Founder and CEO, Nomadic Expeditions

Jalsa Urubshurow, a Kalmyk Mongolian, born and raised in the first Mongolian community in The United States in Howell Township, New Jersey. His parents survived WWII, both Stalin’s purges and Hitler’s camps. Liberated by allied forces, they and 580 Kalmyk Mongols were allowed to immigrate to the U.S. in 1951-52. His steadfast belief in hard work and determination led him to become a highly successful entrepreneur, and the embodiment of the American dream.


As the owner of multiple businesses in construction and tourism, at its core Mr. Urubshurow builds dreams. His framing business, Nomad Framing, has become one of the leading framing companies in the U.S., known for its innovative advances and focus on sustainability. Nomadic Expeditions, the award-winning luxury adventure travel company he founded three decades ago pioneered travel to Mongolia and remains the leading designer of explorations and custom expeditions for discerning adventurers and prestigious institutions and universities. Mr. Urubshurow blended his construction experience with his passion for sustainable tourism when he opened The Three Camel Lodge, the first sustainable luxury property in Mongolia. Mr. Urubshurow is the recipient of the Order of Polar Star—the highest award the government of Mongolia can bestow upon a foreign national. He also serves on the board of the Peregrine Fund and the Captain Planet Foundation and continues to support numerous charities and nonprofits around the world.

Chris Traub

Chairman and Co-Founder, SES Group

Chris Traub is Chairman and Co-Founder of the SES Group. Based in Taipei and Shanghai, Chris travels regularly throughout the SES Group's offices and worldwide. Over the past 28 years, Chris has led and supported hundreds of senior level search engagements, across a broad range of industries. He is particularly well known in Asia for his search work in technology and private equity, and participates in many leading global CEO forums annually, including TED, Forbes Global CEO, and the World Economic Forum where SES is a Global Growth Company member. Jerry Wonda

Music producer, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist

Jerry ‘Wonda’ Duplessis is a dynamic, Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum music producer, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is one of the most successful, highly regarded and musically adept producers to emerge from the hip-hop era since the early 1990’s. Born in Croix-des- Bouquets, Haiti, and soon after migrating to the US at the age of 16, he discovered his love for music when he learnt to play bass guitar, initially at church. Alongside producing over 300 songs, Jerry has scored 10 films and documentaries, and produced songs for feature films including the Golden Globe-nominated “Million Voices” for Hotel Rwanda. Jerry serves as a Governor of the New York Chapter of the Recording Academy (the Grammy’s). He also serves on the Board of the New York Performing Arts Center.
